1. Open the App Store.
2. Tap Search and type “Court Reserve.”
3. Select the Court Reserve app.
4. Tap Get and authenticate if prompted.
5. Wait for installation.
6. Open the app and log in with your Court Reserve email and password.

6. Open the app and log in with your Court Reserve email and password.

Your Court Reserve account is required to sign up for events and manage your pickleball activities.

Part 1: Create Your Login

1. Go to the Club’s CourtReserve Sign-Up Page.
2. Enter Your Email Address.
3. Create a Password. Must be 8–40 characters long.
4. Confirm Your Password.
5. Click “Continue.”

Part 2: Complete Your Account Details

1. Fill in Your Personal Information
   Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*):
   • First Name *
   • Last Name *

   • Membership Number * (Your Sun City Lincoln Hills HOA Member number)
   • Date of Birth

2. Provide Additional Information

3. Click “Continue.” This submits your request to join the club.

Event Sign-Up

Thank you for your interest in participating in our Drills, Round Robins, and Club Events. At this time, event registration is not yet open. The Lincoln Hills Pickleball Club is actively evaluating our readiness to launch the Court Reserve sign-up and reservation system. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we finalize these preparations.

Step-by-step: Registering for a Drill, Round Robin, or Event (Once Available)

1. Log into your Court Reserve account.
2. Open the Events or Calendar menu.
3. Filter by category (Drills, Round Robins, Events).
4. Select an event.
5. Review event details, including skill level and cost.
6. Click to register.
7. Check for confirmation.
8. Join the waitlist if the event is full.

How to Set Up Your Payment Profile

Step 1: Access the Payment Profile Setup

• Log in to your CourtReserve account at https://app.courtreserve.com.
• From the top navigation bar, click Store or Profile Settings.
• Select Create Payment Profile to begin entering your payment details.

Step 2: Enter Your Payment Information

• First Name and Last Name
• Account Type: Choose Credit Card
• Card Number, Expiry Date (MM/YY), and Security Code (CVV)
• Billing Address: Street, City, State, and Zip Code
• Optional: Street Address 2 (Apt, Suite, etc.)

Your credit card information is encrypted and securely stored for future use.

How to Pay for Events

Step 1: Browse and Select an Event

• Navigate to the Events tab.
• Use filters to find Drills, Round Robins, or Club Social Events.
• Click on the event name to view details.

Step 2: Review Cost and Availability

• Check the Cost listed (some events may be free).
• Confirm your Skill Level matches the event requirement.
• If registration is allowed, click Register or Sign Up.

Step 3: Complete Payment

• If the event requires payment, your saved credit card will be used.
• Confirm the charge and submit your registration.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once payment is processed.

Updating Your Payment Profile

• Return to Profile Settings or Store.
• Select Edit Payment Profile.
• Update your details and click Save.
